Terminology
"Double Room" refers to a room with one Double/Queen Bed occupied by two people. "Twin Room" refers to a room with two Single Beds. "Single Room" refers to a room with one Double/Queen Bed occupied by one person only. Times quoted in brackets are walking distances to venue.
Booking Information
Deposit
A deposit of one night’s accommodation is required to secure your booking and early bookings are strongly advised. The balance of your accommodation account and any incidental charges must be paid in full direct to the hotel upon your departure.
Amendments to Booking
Amendments to accommodation including hotels, check in/out dates and room type will only be accepted in writing.
Preferences
We ask that you please indicate your first 3 preferences of hotels when booking accommodation via the registration form. Limited rooms are available at each property and we recommend accommodation be booked early. Should all 3 preferences not be available EECW Pty Ltd will contact you.
Early Arrival or Late Departure
Requests for early check in or late check out must be advised in writing to EECW Pty Ltd. For international delegates on early morning flights it is advisable that you book for the night before to secure your early check-in.
Deadlines
Perth has a limited number of hotels and we encourage delegates to book accommodation well in advance. Hotels impose strict release dates for block accommodation bookings. All rooms are released on 6 March 2008 and therefore all accommodation bookings received on or after this date will be subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
No accommodation deposits will be refunded on or after 6 March 2008. In addition, cancellations in whole or part may incur a penalty at the hotel’s discretion.
